Why we started this

Indian web hosting has a pricing problem. The advertised rate is an introductory offer on a multi-year prepayment, and the renewal — the price you actually pay for most of the time you're a customer — can be six or ten times higher. It is legal, it is disclosed in the small print, and it is the single most common complaint in reviews of every large host operating here.

We think there's room for a host that just charges one price. Not the cheapest headline in the market, because a genuinely sustainable price can't be ₹69. But the same number in year three as in year one, written into the contract rather than the advertisement.

How we keep that promise

The flat-renewal commitment only works if our costs are predictable, so we've built the business around that:

• We don't oversell. Shared servers are provisioned to a fixed account density with real CPU and memory limits per account, published on the hosting page. Overselling is what forces a host to either degrade service or raise prices later.
• We don't buy customers. No affiliate commissions, no cashback sites, no ₹2,000-per-signup review placements. Those costs get recovered from your renewal — that's largely why renewals jump.
• We charge for add-ons that cost us money. Managed VPS, cPanel licences and WHMCS have real per-server costs and are priced separately, instead of being bundled into a "free" headline and recouped later.

Network and infrastructure

Servers are located in {{DATA CENTRE — city and facility, e.g. "Bengaluru, Vultr BLR1"}}, inside India. Keeping the hardware in-country matters for two reasons: Indian visitors get round-trip times in single-digit to low-double-digit milliseconds instead of the 60–120 ms a Singapore or US-hosted site delivers, and your data stays under Indian jurisdiction.

What we're not

We're a small operation, and there are things a small operation should be upfront about:

• We are not a 24×7×365 staffed NOC. Support runs IST business hours with emergency cover outside them, and the response targets on each plan are what we'll actually hit.
• We do not currently operate in multiple regions. Everything is in India, which is the point, but if you need a US or EU presence we are not the right host and we'll tell you so.
• We do not offer a free tier. Free hosting is subsidised by someone, usually the paying customers, and we'd rather just charge properly.
