Managed or unmanaged
Both cost the same to start. Management is an add-on, so you don't pay for hand-holding you don't want.
Unmanaged — ₹0 extra
You get root, a clean OS image and the network. We keep the hypervisor, storage and network running, and that's where our responsibility ends.
- Ubuntu, Debian, Rocky, AlmaLinux images
- Console access and rescue mode
- Reboot, rebuild and snapshot from the panel
- Network-level DDoS filtering
Managed — +₹799/month
We run the operating system as well: patching, hardening, monitoring, and we answer the phone at 2am when it breaks.
- OS and security patching
- Firewall and fail2ban configuration
- 24×7 monitoring with alerting
- Off-server backups, 14-day retention
- Optional cPanel/WHM licence, +₹1,200/mo
An unmanaged server on the public internet is your responsibility to secure. If you're not comfortable configuring a firewall, applying kernel updates and reading auth logs, take the managed option or stay on shared hosting. A compromised VPS is a bad week for everyone, and we'd rather talk you out of it now.
VPS questions
Is the vCPU dedicated or shared?
Dedicated. We do not oversell CPU on VPS plans — a 2 vCPU instance has two cores allocated to it, not two cores it competes for. That is the main reason our VPS pricing is not the cheapest in the market.
Can I upgrade later without rebuilding?
Yes. RAM, CPU and transfer resize live with a reboot. Disk grows online. Downgrades need a rebuild because shrinking a filesystem safely means starting clean — we'll help you plan it.
What happens if I get DDoSed?
Volumetric attacks are filtered at the network edge and you shouldn't notice. Sustained application-layer attacks against your specific service may require null-routing your IP to protect other customers — we'll contact you first wherever the timeline allows, and we don't charge a "DDoS cleanup fee".
Do you keep backups of unmanaged servers?
No. Unmanaged means unmanaged, and assuming otherwise is how people lose data. Snapshots are available on demand from the panel, and off-server backups are included with the managed add-on. If backups matter to you, buy one of those two — don't rely on the hypervisor.
Need a hand sizing it?
Send us your current traffic and stack. We'll recommend a plan, and say so if shared hosting would do the job for a fifth of the price.
