Refund Policy

Last updated: 4 August 2026

30 days, no questions asked

Cancel any hosting, VPS or reseller plan within 30 days of your first payment and we refund the hosting fee in full. We will ask why, because we want to fix it — but the refund does not depend on your answer.

2. Why domains cannot be refunded

When you register or transfer a domain, we pay the registry — NIXI, Verisign or PIR — immediately and irreversibly. That money is gone from our side the moment the name is created, and no registry offers refunds. So if you cancel a plan that included a paid domain, we refund the hosting and deduct the actual domain fee we paid.

You keep the domain. It stays registered in your name for the full year you paid for, and we will release the auth code so you can move it wherever you like, free of charge. We show the domain fee as a separate line at checkout precisely so this is never a surprise.

Where a plan included a free first-year domain and you cancel within 30 days, we deduct our actual registry cost for that domain from the refund — ₹449 for .co.in, ₹549 for .in — and you keep the domain. Alternatively, transfer the domain back to us to cancel and we refund in full.

3. What the guarantee does not cover

The 30-day guarantee does not apply where:

  • the account was terminated by us for a breach of the acceptable use policy in clause 5 of the Terms;
  • this is a repeat sign-up — the guarantee is for genuinely evaluating the service, once, not a rolling free month;
  • more than 30 days have passed since the first payment for that service.

Outside those cases, if you think you have a fair claim, ask. We would rather refund someone with a reasonable argument than win a policy technicality and lose the reputation.

4. Refunds after 30 days

Cancel later than 30 days and the service runs to the end of the paid term, then stops. We do not pro-rate mid-term cancellations on annual plans, except:

  • where we made a material change to the terms you did not accept (clause 12 of the Terms) — then you get a pro-rata refund of the unused portion;
  • where we failed to meet the SLA in three consecutive months — then you may exit with a pro-rata refund;
  • where you are moving between our own plans — no refund needed, we credit the unused balance to the new plan.

5. How to request one

  1. Email {{BILLING EMAIL}} from your registered address, or open a billing ticket.
  2. Tell us which service and, if you feel like it, what went wrong.
  3. We acknowledge within one business day and confirm the amount, including any domain deduction, before processing.

6. How long it takes

We initiate the refund within 2 business days of confirming it, to the original payment method. After that the timing is the payment network's, not ours:

MethodTypically credited in
UPI1–3 business days
Debit card5–7 business days
Credit card7–10 business days, may appear on the next statement
Net banking3–5 business days
NEFT / RTGS2–4 business days

We will give you the gateway's refund reference number so you can chase your bank directly if it takes longer. GST charged on the original invoice is refunded with it, and we issue a credit note.

7. Chargebacks

Please talk to us before raising a chargeback with your bank. A chargeback costs us a fee and typically takes 60–90 days to resolve, where an email to {{BILLING EMAIL}} usually settles it the same day. Accounts with an open chargeback are suspended until it is resolved, because the bank reverses the funds immediately.

8. If we cannot deliver

If we cannot provision what you ordered — wrong specification, capacity unavailable, or we simply get it wrong — you get a full refund including any domain fee, regardless of the 30-day window, and we will help you find another host. That is not a policy concession; it is just what should happen.
