What white label actually means here
Plenty of hosts advertise white label and still leave their name in the DNS, the cPanel footer and the SSL certificate. Ours doesn't.
Your nameservers
Clients point their domains at ns1.yourbrand.in. A WHOIS or DNS lookup shows your brand, not ours.
Your cPanel
Logo, colours and support links replaced throughout the control panel. Your clients never see the words IndiaWebHost.
Your invoices
You bill your clients directly under your own GSTIN at whatever margin you choose. We invoice only you, for the reseller plan.
Your clients contact you, not us, which is the point of white label. When something is genuinely our layer — hardware, network, mail delivery — you escalate to us and we treat it as priority. We will never contact your clients directly or attempt to sell to them.
Reseller questions
What margin can I realistically make?
On Reseller 60 at ₹1,099/month you have 60 accounts. Selling 20 of them at a typical Indian retail rate of ₹250/month brings in ₹5,000/month against ₹1,099 of cost. The maths works from roughly the fifth client onwards — before that you're paying to hold capacity.
That's the honest version. Anyone showing you a spreadsheet where all 60 slots are full from month one is selling you something.
Do I need WHMCS?
Not to start. For up to about ten clients, manual invoicing is fine and cheaper. WHMCS pays for itself once renewals become a chore — it's included free on Reseller Unlimited, and about ₹1,600/month if you licence it separately.
What if one of my clients abuses the server?
We suspend the offending cPanel account, not your whole reseller plan, and tell you immediately with the evidence. You keep the client relationship and decide what happens next. Repeated abuse across many accounts is the one case where we'd look at the whole plan, and you'd get warnings well before that.
Can I move my existing reseller accounts across?
Yes, free. Send us WHM access at your current host and we'll move all cPanel accounts with their email, databases and DNS zones intact, then give you a test window before you repoint nameservers.
